From Farm to Table: Our Spice Sourcing Journey
More BlogsGo behind the scenes to see how our spices are sourced — from organic farms to your kitchen. Meet the farmers, understand our quality checks, and why ethical sourcing matters.
Every jar of Natural & Fresh spice starts its journey on a carefully selected organic farm. We partner with small-scale, family-owned farms across India's most fertile spice-growing regions — Kerala for black pepper and cardamom, Tamil Nadu for turmeric, Rajasthan for cumin and coriander. These farmers are the heart of everything we do.
Our sourcing process involves multiple quality checkpoints. After harvest, spices are sun-dried or shade-dried using traditional methods to preserve natural oils and aroma. Each batch is then hand-sorted to remove impurities, tested for moisture content and purity, and only then approved for packaging.
Our Quality Process
We pay our farmers fair prices above market rate because we believe quality starts with respect. When farmers are valued, they take pride in their crop — and that pride is something you can taste in every dish you cook with Natural & Fresh spices.
A Promise from Farm to You
