We primarily sell spices and related food products. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.

All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We currently accept prepaid online payments only through authorized payment gateways.

We deliver within India only. Orders are generally processed and shipped within reasonable timelines, with estimated delivery of 3–5 business days, subject to location and courier operations.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Approved refunds for eligible cancelled orders will be initiated to the original payment source within 14 working days.

Due to the nature of spices and food consumables, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All website content including text, logo, graphics, images, and design belongs to Natural & Fresh and may not be copied without written permission.

Natural & Fresh is an online platform that facilitates the sale and delivery of products sourced from trusted vendors and suppliers. We manage customer ordering, payment processing, and support services. Product manufacturing information, labeling, ingredients, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the respective supplier/vendor. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or misuse of products.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Kerala, India.
