Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed due to technical failure
  • Order cancelled by us due to stock unavailability

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source used at checkout.

Refunds will be initiated within 14 working days after approval.

As we deal in packaged spices and food consumables, returns and exchanges are not accepted once delivered.
